I’m a licensed customer service representative here at McNamara & Thiel, where I help clients understand their insurance options and feel confident about their coverage.

Previously I worked at UW-Oshkosh for fifteen years, building a strong foundation in administration, communication, and problem-solving—skills that now help me guide people through what can sometimes feel like a maze of policies and paperwork.

I care about making insurance feel less intimidating and more human. Whether someone’s calling with a quick question or facing a big life change, I’m here to listen, explain, and make sure they feel supported every step of the way.
